Questions guests ask first

Is there a minimum stay?
No. A single night is welcome, and so is a fortnight. Each room and cottage sleeps two people in total, children included, and the booking form will show you the full price for your dates before you commit.
What is included in the rate?
Breakfast every morning, all housekeeping, the beach set-up with loungers, umbrella and towels, drinking water, Wi-Fi and parking inside the gate. Lunch, dinner, drinks, spa treatments and boat trips are extra.
How do we actually get there?
By road. We are at Mopo-Akinlade in Okun-Ajah, past Abraham Adesanya off the Lekki-Epe Expressway, about forty-five minutes from Victoria Island. Send us your arrival time when you book and we will send the pin, meet you at the gate and park your car inside.
Can we bring children?
Yes, in Signature Seaview and Ash Bubble, which are built for it. Mini Suite, Superior Room and White Bubbly sleep two or three and are better for couples. We do not recommend the Lighthouse Loft for young children; the balcony railing is low and the stairs are external.
Is the beach private?
The stretch in front of the property is ours and quiet. The wider Okun-Ajah beach is shared and gets busy on Saturday afternoons, which is either a drawback or a reason to walk down and look at it, depending on the person.
